Bookings are all Online (minimum 1 hour beforehand) so please book in prior to attend.
Please turn on 10mn prior and be quiet as you enter the premises to avoid disturbing those in the class before you.
Please bring a mat to yoga and a mat and cushion/blanket to meditation.
