• 48 hours notice must be given to Y2H if the appointment needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.
• Any cancellation within 48 hours will be charged in FULL.
• If more than 48 hours is given, Y2H will assist you to reschedule your appointment within the same week, when available.
• Missed appointments are applied at 100% of scheduled fee.
• In the instance that you do need to reschedule (>48 hours), please provide as much notice as possible.
