Cancellation Policy

All Bookings require a minimum 50% deposit. In some cases its 100%.
Please DON’T BOOK unless you are able to leave a deposit otherwise it blocks the chosen time 1 hr preventing others from booking that time.
YOU CAN PAY YOUR DEPOSIT VIA PAY PAL OR CREDIT CARD. The credit card option is available once you click on the PayPal link. You won’t have to sign in with PayPal to pay with your cc.
CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES
• 48 hours notice must be given to Y2H if the appointment needs to be rescheduled.
• Any cancellation within 48 hours will be charged at 100% of the session cost
• If more than 48 hours is given,  you may reschedule your appointment online.
• In the instance that you do need to reschedule (>48 hours), please provide as much notice as possible.
•.    Missed/Cancelled (within 48 hrs)  Appointments will incur a 100% fee
