Rebekah is the owner of Yes2health Wellness Clinic, where she has been in private practice for 14 years. She is a university-trained Naturopath with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Naturopathic Studies) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Naturopathy. She is also a qualified Hypnotherapist. Prior to studying Naturopathy, Rebekah qualified as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse and worked at Hopewood Health Retreat, Sydney's oldest health retreat, for 7 years. Hopewood is renowned for its water fasting & juice fasting programs.

Rebekah's deep-rooted passion for health is inspired by her upbringing, with a nurse as a mother and a doctor as a father. She began her career in nursing, working in surgical and maternity wards as well as special care nurseries. However, her desire to help people through a more holistic and natural approach led her to pursue a degree in Naturopathy.
During her 7 years at Hopewood Health Retreat, Rebekah refined her expertise in fasting and cleansing, using nutrition as a key tool for healing. She also became a qualified Colon Hydrotherapist, building a strong foundation in gut health, which she now shares with her patients during consultations.
In 2024, Rebekah further expanded her skill set by incorporating Live Blood, Dry Blood & Applied Nutritional Microscopy into her practice, enhancing her ability to identify and address imbalances within the body.
Rebekah’s ultimate goal is to educate and empower her patients, helping them make informed choices about their health and diet. She understands that every individual is unique, and requires an individual approach. With qualifications in Naturopathy, Remedial Massage Therapy, Colon Hydrotherapy, Hypnotherapy and Live Blood Analysis, Rebekah is dedicated to supporting you in achieving your health and wellness goals in a warm and encouraging environment.
